With 6+ years working in the fitness industry, I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every session. With 7 years of competitive strongwoman under my belt, I long for results and reaching my full potential.
As an active member of the Strongwoman Ireland committee I will expect you to understand my methods of training and your training needs.
I believe in educating my clients in exercise technique, basic nutritional guidelines, and how to live a balanced life.
If your not willing to put in the necessary work to reach your full potential then neither will I!
